Following on from the release of Single, Out: Season One, a second DVD has been made available covering the show’s follow-up season. This DVD set includes all seven episodes of year two, and continues the story of Adam (Will Hutchins), and the ups and downs of his love life.

As a quick reminder, Single: Out is a low-budget, independent Aussie production from writer/director Lee Galea. The show stars Will Hutchins, alongside Jake Hyde, and Steven Christou.

I previously reviewed Single, Out: Season Two on It’s A Stampede! and said: “It’s rough, ready, and it taps into the youth market.” My general opinion is, if you’re a fan of the first season then you will be a fan of this second offering, which comes housed in a single case set, which features a group shot of the cast on the cover.

On the back cover you’ll find an image of Adam, along with the following synopsis:

‘Adam’s relationship with Gabe progresses to the next level – but has he left something unresolved from the past? Adam explores his photography as it takes him into the world of adulthood and a whirlwind of fresh faces and experiences.

‘Will Adam like the man he’s becoming?’

As with the Season One DVD from Matchbox Films, this second helping doesn’t contain much more than the episodes, but it does include a few bonus bits not available on streaming. In total, the DVD includes the following:

Similar to Season One, if you’re a fan of the show, or this is a series you want to make time for, then physical media is a strong contender here. Although Single, Out is available on streaming in the UK, the show’s availability is very hit and miss, so the DVD is most likely the default option.
